Cuttings are inspected and confirmed healthy at time of dispatch. Minor cosmetic changes during transit are not considered faults if the node remains viable.
Rooting success depends on the buyer’s environment, propagation method, temperature, humidity, water quality, and aftercare. These factors are outside our control once dispatched.
